Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipment times may vary as all items are made to order.

Social Worker Shirts ships on weekdays and weekends when possible.  Please expect slight delays in shipping time if we are experiencing a high volume of orders.  Please note that some delivery delays can be expected due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic.  If we anticipate any shipping delays on the part of Social Worker Shirts, we will contact the customer via communication methods provided in the customer order.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Social Worker Shirts can ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses as these locations are considered a part of U.S. territory.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers will be sent to the email attached to the order as soon as the order is shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Social Worker Shirts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Social Worker Shirts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Social Worker Shirts does not ship Internationally, the only exception is APO/FPO addresses.
